Consultation has concluded

The Housing & Planning Department (HPD) invites the community to provide input on the rezoning of properties owned by the University of Texas at Austin (UT).

These zoning cases were initiated by City Council on certain properties owned by UT. At this time, there is not a request for specific zoning from UT, nor is there a recommendation from the HPD staff on any proposed zoning districts.

Get Involved

HPD will host a public meeting on Monday, June 21, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive community input and ideas on any potential future development of the property. Questions will not be answered during the meeting to allow as many attendees as the opportunity possible to speak.

If you wish to provide written input, use the survey on this SpeakUp Austin page or send additional, more detailed input to wendy.rhoades@austintexas.gov.
